Breast lift

Mastopexy, commonly known as a breast lift, is designed to restore youthful contours and shape to sagging or deflated breasts using a patient’s own breast tissue. Over time, factors such as pregnancy, weight fluctuations, and aging can lead to a loss of breast volume and skin elasticity, resulting in breasts that may appear droopy or deflated. Changes in the glandular tissue of the breast can also affect the overall volume and shape. Mastopexy addresses these concerns by removing excess skin, repositioning the nipples to a more youthful height, and reshaping the breast tissue for an uplifted and rejuvenated appearance. This procedure can enhance the aesthetics of the breasts and also improve overall body confidence. Dr. Cheah is highly experienced in multiple techniques with breast lift surgery including the use of an Internal Bra/surgical scaffold to reinforce the native tissue if necessary. Certain candidates may benefit from its use to improve the longevity of the result.
